• MELON SLUSH

    ingredients

    • 100 ml cream
    • 100 ml condensed milk
    • 100 ml yoghurt
    • Juice of one lemon
    • Lemon zest
    • 1 "Melσn de la Madre"

    Preparation:
    • Cut melon and empty the pulp discarding the seeds, sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Chop the pulp and put it in the freezer for an hour. Book the two halves of melon skin.
    • Whisk together the cream, milk and yogurt. Book.
    • Put the melon in the freezer and when half frozen, remove and chop.
    • Water with whipped cream, milk and yogurt and serve very cold sprinkled with zest.
  • Ingredients
    • For 4 people:
    • 2 small melons "Coopetativa Villaconejos"
    • 1 small watermelon
    • 1/2 kg. of strawberry
    • 2 pears
    • 1 can pineapple in syrup
    • 1/2 liter of milk
    • 6 eggs
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 150 gr. sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon of tartaric acid.

    Preparation
    Heat the milk. Mix in a bowl the cornstarch and sugar. Add the 6 egg yolks and add the milk.
    Beat well to avoid lumps. Put it in a saucepan over low heat or a double boiler, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes.

    Cleaning strawberries. Book 10 or 12 and spend the rest through the food mill.
    Incorporate wing previous cream, mix well and spread this cream into four bowls.
    Put it in the fridge. Cut melons in half. Remove the seeds and empty a bit with a spoon.

    Mix in a bowl the balls of melon, pears, peeled and cut into cubes, watermelon and pineapple pieces also.
    Wash it all with pineapple syrup and mix well. Distribute these fruits in the 4 halves of melon. Beat egg whites until firm peaks form, add the tartaric acid.

    Cover melons whites with remaining pastry for prettier.
    Gratin and serve accompanied by strawberry cream.
